Scheduling a session with me is very easy to do. With my automated online Scheduling Direct Program, you can see what times I have available in the upcoming days and find an open time that works best with your schedule. Just fill in the parameter details and then click on the time you want and you have scheduled your appointment. You will get a confirmation email letting you know that you have successfully set up the appointment. If your schedule changes, you can come back online and cancel your appointment and reschedule for another time.
REMEMBER to always LOG IN First! If this is your first time to use the system, or you have tried to use it and can't seem to get it to work for you, please read the detailed directions below. You must have JAVA scripting turned on for the program to work. If you are using Safari as your browser, please use either Foxfire or Internet Explorer. Safari on the MAC does NOT work. First time users of the online scheduler: 1) Click on the LOG IN tab in the upper right corner. On the next screen click on "Are you a new client? If so click here." 2) This takes you the the new client sign-up. Please fill in all the blanks. Those with an * are required. At the bottom of the form, choose your user name and password. Pick ones that you will be able to remember and use the next time you want to schedule an appointment. Click on Register! 3) You are now at the scheduling screen. Choose the appropriate LOCATION, CATEGORY, and SERVICE. As soon as you select a service, the daily schedule shows up below. Now select the payment type, and a date. The date can be from the pull down menu, or from the calendar at the right. Remember you can NOT schedule same day appointments. As you move your cursor over the day's timeline, your cursor will be either GREEN or RED. Green meaning available and Red meaning not available. There is a built in buffer between appointments that shows up as red. Once you find a time, click on the timeline and your appointment will be scheduled. You will be emailed a confirmation to the email address you listed in your profile. The night before you appointment a reminder email will be sent to you also.

Reporting problems accessing the scheduler: If you have tried to access the scheduling program following the directions above and still can't get it to work, I'd like to know so i can have the developers work on getting it fixed.
